No, you do not need to be very flexible. Thai therapies are easily adjusted for everyone regardless of physical and health conditions.

Do you use lotion or oil?

Thai bodywork is mainly performed through clothing, however I often use oils, balms, and liniments. I will always ask before applying anything to your skin.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Loose comfortable or stretchy clothing works well. Sweats, board shorts, yoga clothes are all perfect. No skirts please.

Can I have Thai bodywork during my pregnancy?

Thai bodywork is a wonderful part of prenatal care after the first trimester. The session will be performed in side-lying and seated positions, and will include a lot of hot herbal compress work.
